Welcome to Elite Home Gyms! We’re all about making your experience simple and stress-free. We know things don’t always go as planned, so if you need to cancel an order, return a product, or report a delivery issue, we’ve got your back.

Easy Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? No worries!

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel any order up until it ships for non-made-to-order products and non-returnable-items 

  • After Shipment: If your order already has a tracking number, it’s on the way and can’t be canceled. But you can still return it (see below).

  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: Cancel anytime before shipping, unless otherwise communicated.

The following products can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase:

  • Made-to-order or custom items (e.g., frame colors, upholstery, logos)

  • Non-returnable items


30-Day Return Policy

Not the right fit? No problem.

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date you received your order.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unassembled, in new condition, and in original packaging. Photos/videos may be requested.

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective. We do not provide prepaid labels. If needed, we can provide a return label and deduct the cost from your refund. Just email us here Support@elitehomegyms.shop

  • Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or doesn’t function as intended, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a hassle-free return and full refund or replacement.

  • Non-Defective Items: Changed your mind? No problem. Unused and unopened items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Just make sure they’re in their original packaging and condition.

Return Process

We aim to make returns as straightforward as possible. Follow these steps to return your item:

Step 1: Review Our Return Policy
Before proceeding, ensure your item meets the return criteria:

  • The return request is within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unassembled, in new condition, and in its original packaging.

  • If the item is defective or damaged, provide photos or videos of the issue.

Step 2: Contact Us
Email Support@elitehomegyms.shop to initiate the return. Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Product details

  • Reason for the return

  • Photos or videos (if applicable)

Step 3: Receive Return Shipping Details
If your return is approved, we will provide shipping instructions. You may purchase a return label on your own, or we can generate one and deduct the cost from your refund.

Step 4: Prepare Your Return

  • Repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and parts.

  • Affix the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

Step 5: Ship the Item Back

  • Drop off the package with the designated carrier.

  • Keep a record of the tracking number for your reference.

Step 6: Return Evaluation and Processing
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria.

  • If approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 business days.

Important:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated criteria, including but not limited to items that are used, damaged (not due to our error), or missing original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • We comply with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds 

Restocking Fees

We want your experience with us to be completely worry-free. That’s why there are no restocking fees

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Opened or used items

  • Assembled or installed items

  • Custom-made products, including special color upholstery or frames


Damages

We hate when this happens, but sometimes shipments do arrive damaged. If they do, we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

  • Inspect Your Order: When your delivery arrives, inspect all items. Take photos or videos of any damage.

  • Freight Orders: For LTL shipments, note damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

  • Report Timeline:

    • Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.): Report within 7 days

    • Freight shipments: Report before the carrier leaves

If your order is damaged, send photos to Support@Elitehomegyms.shop and we’ll file a claim with the manufacturer. Our first step will be to send any necessary replacement parts to make things right.


Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery for reasons other than damage, you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued only once the product is returned to the warehouse, which may take 2–3 weeks or more.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. 


Exchanges

Need a different size, model, or had an issue with your order? We’ve got you covered.
We gladly accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery.

  • Defective Products: We’ll replace it at no extra cost to you.

  • Non-Defective Products: You can exchange any unused, unopened item as long as it’s in its original packaging.
