At Elite Home Gyms, we’re committed to providing a smooth, transparent shipping experience. Whether you’re ordering a set of dumbbells or a complete home gym setup, we ensure every order is handled with care and delivered safely to your door. We currently only ship in the USA.

Easy Cancellations

Need to cancel an order? No worries!

  • Before Shipment: You can cancel any order up until it ships for non-made-to-order products and non-returnable-items 

  • After Shipment: If your order already has a tracking number, it’s on the way and can’t be canceled. But you can still return it (see below).

  • Pre-Orders/Backorders: Cancel anytime before shipping, unless otherwise communicated.

The following products can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase:

  • Made-to-order or custom items (e.g., frame colors, upholstery, logos)

  • Non-returnable items

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are typically delivered within 2–10 business days: 1–3 business days for handling (Monday through Friday) and 1–7 days in transit (Monday through Friday), depending on your location and the shipping method used. Smaller items shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS tend to arrive on the shorter end of this window, while larger freight shipments may take longer due to carrier scheduling and transit distance.

We do our best to provide accurate timelines, but please note that delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume, weather, or supply chain issues. For the most accurate estimate, refer to the product page or reach out to us directly at Support@Elitehomegyms.shop

Track Your Order

Stay informed about your shipment every step of the way. Here’s how you can track your order based on the type of shipping:

For Orders Under 150 lbs:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking number through UPS or FedEx, depending on the carrier used.

For Orders Over 150 lbs:

  • Orders over 150 lbs are shipped via freight carrier.

  • You will receive a freight tracking number along with a phone call to schedule a delivery day and time that works for you.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@elitehomegyms.shop. We can only make changes to the shipping address before your order has been processed. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to redirect it.

Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on every order—no minimums, no hidden fees.

  • Applies to all products listed on our website.

  • Orders ship via ground carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) or freight (LTL) for large/heavy items.


Order Processing

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. We’ll notify you if additional time is required.

Packaging & Preparation

Items are packed based on size and shipping method. Each product page includes estimated prep and lead times.


Shipping Methods

Ground Shipping (we are partnered with UPS, FedEx, USPS)
  • Delivered to your front door or driveway.

  • Orders with products under 150 lbs 
  • Tracking is provided once shipped.

  • Typical delivery: 1–7 business days, depending on your location.

Freight Shipping (LTL)
  • Used for larger or heavier items (150 lbs + products).

  • Delivered curbside (not indoors or upstairs).

  • Requires a scheduled delivery appointment and signature.

  • Free liftgate service.

You may need to assist with unloading. Please plan accordingly.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email. For freight shipments, this includes a Bill of Lading (BOL) number.

Transit times vary, but most deliveries arrive within 1–7 business days after shipment.


Receiving Freight Deliveries

Delivery Appointment

Freight carriers will contact you to schedule delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the shipment.

Upon Arrival
  • The shipment will be delivered curbside using a liftgate (if applicable).

  • If shipping to a commercial location with a dock, delivery will be made to the dock.

Before Signing

Inspect all boxes/pallets thoroughly:

  • Look for visible damage.

  • If damage is found or suspected, note it clearly on the delivery receipt (e.g., “DAMAGED – SUBJECT TO INSPECTION”).

  • Take photos/videos immediately and send them to Support@Elitehomegyms.shop


After Delivery

Open and inspect all items within 2–3 business days. If anything is damaged or missing:

  • Email us at Support@Elitehomegyms.shop with photos/videos.

  • We’ll coordinate with the manufacturer to send replacement parts or items at no extra cost.

Our goal is to make sure you receive your equipment in perfect condition. We’re here to help every step of the way.


Common Shipping Issues

Damaged Deliveries
  • Always inspect items upon arrival.

  • For freight shipments, note damage on the BOL before signing.

  • Email photos/videos of damage to Support@Elitehomegyms.shop as soon as possible.

We will coordinate with the manufacturer to send any necessary replacements.

Replacement Parts

We’ll send out any damaged or defective parts promptly. To ensure accuracy, we may request photos, videos, or additional information.


Storage Fees & Delivery Delays

If you are not available to accept delivery:

  • Most freight carriers can only hold items for 3–5 business days.

  • You may incur storage or redelivery fees.

Please notify us in advance if you need your delivery delayed.


Refused Shipments

If a shipment is refused for any reason other than severe damage, you will be responsible for:

  • Return Shipping.

Note: Refunds are issued after the item is returned and inspected, which may take 2–3 weeks.

Inside Delivery

Want the item brought inside your garage or property? Contact us before your order ships to request inside delivery (additional fees apply).

Assembly Services

We offer professional assembly services for most equipment. Contact us for a quote before or after purchase.


Order Cutoff Time

To keep things moving quickly, orders placed before 5:00 PM CST on business days are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
